Wine on Wednesday

This week I'm having one of my favorites, Louis M. Martini Cabernet Sauvignon!

This week I decided to embrace spring and try Flip Flop Pinot Noir. I found it at Publix and it as ONLY $5.99! I don't usually buy Pinot Noir, but took a chance on this and I'm glad that I did. It was very light in flavor and smooth in texture, great for sipping while I catch up with my DVR.

Wine on Wednesday

This week I'll be trying a new beer for Wine on Wednesday! Here's why...After a LONG few days, I took the kids to our regular Wednesday playdate and on the way home stopped for WINE. Within five minutes of being in the store it was clear, this store was just no place for my two(almost three!) year old right now. So I left, drove home and pulled my Darling's last beer out of the fridge :)

After hearing about my day of course he understood...CHEERS!

All I can say about this beer is that it was ice cold and VERY refreshing. Hefewiesen has always been my favorite and this one reminded me why.

WINE ON WEDNESDAY

This flavorful wine gives off a scent of sandalwood. It's a Francis Coppola blend called Rosso. It was $9.50 at Publix. As I tipped the glass from side to side and slowly rotated it between my thumb and fingers I felt like I was with a close friend. I feel that the smooth nature of this wine would find it happily coupled with any meal. Except octopus, it would not go well with octopus.

Wine on Wednesday!

This week for Wine Wednesday, my girlfriends and I got into our pajamas and enjoyed Pancake! It was delicious! I'm not a huge fan of white wine, but this was a good mix. The best part....drinking it in my pj's with some great friends.
