St. Patricks Day Cupcakes

Green Velvet Cupcakes
2 1/2 Cups flour
1/2 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 salt
1 Cup butter (softened)
2 Cups sugar
4 Eggs
1 Cup vanilla yogurt (I use Dannon light & fit)
1/2 Cup milk
1 bottle (1oz) green food coloring
2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix flour, cocoa, salt, and baking soda. Set aside.

Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl. When it gets light and fluffy, beat in eggs one at a time. Add yogurt, milk, green coloring, and vanilla.

Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture at a low speed.

Fill baking cups 2/3 and put a chocolate kiss in the center of the cupcake.

Bake for 18-20 minutes.
